Mose Allison- The Seventh Son.


Johnny Rivers put out some pretty good records in the 1960's and 1970's and he has been sadly overlooked for the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame. However, his version of the Seventh Son does not compare to this classic. I have had many copies of this classic and they always seem to be pretty trashed. This white label promo is beat up but plays pretty good despite it's visual flaws

    Favorite Mose Allison tune for me, is "Your Mind Is On Vacation", the ultimate hipster putdown ever waxed, but I love them all.
