Vagrants And When Its Over acetate

Ok my friends....I have been amazed by your wealth of knowledge. Let's put it to use. I found this acetate in a box of records I picked up about 5 or 6 years ago. Have no clue who it is. Seems to me the sleeve had the Paragons on it but it was torn and I tossed it. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
5-16-11. Thanks to Doctor Gaz, I finally can put a group/song this to slab of metal.

    Thanks. I don't have too many Acetates. I actually picked this up in a box of 45's that included 2Jan and Dean promo 45's with the picture sleeves. Those days seem few and far between
