Sub Pop Tuesday. Not the one I had planned as I realized that I did not record one of the songs so it is a quick fix as I get ready to go over to the Walk in Clinic for a damn Sinus Infection..Today's post has the Sub Pop on the label even though it is an Elektra release. What makes this promo 12" special is that I was actually at this show! That was the only time I saw the Whigs...It was at the Mercury Cafe off Colfax in Denver. After the show me and my friends went to this IHOP or something like it for very bad coffee. After that we were walking back to our cars and I noticed this shady character following us in the shadows. I turned and made him aware I knew he was there and he took off running. I have no doubt we were about to become crime victims.
